Hey guys! How is it going! For me, it’s hollydays and hollydays means… that I will be more active for two weeks! I am seriously working on loads of exciting posts! Today is for… sushis bowl! Just wanted to share with you this little composition I had for lunch. So delicious!
You have: -baby corn, just steamed for 30 min -5 radishs cut in half -2 medium tomatoes, sliced -broccoli, steamed for 15 min -1/4 cucumber, sliced again -5 sushis from last dinner – – white cabbage from last dinner too
Just sprinkle sesame seeds over it. Then take your nicest chopsticks and… enjoy! So, it’s pretty easy to make a delicious healthy lunch filled with lots of plants! Plus it fuels you until the end of the day! And you won’t feel heavy or bloated at all! The perfect dish, I said!
