GREEEEEEN! Yes! Green like a frog, green like a palm tree, green like kale… But kale is not responsible of this vibrant color! Neither frog or palm leaves! I promise!
Here, I just wanted to share with you what I had for breakfast before my keltbell workout; it’s super filling and also super nutritious because you drink greens without tasting it! It may surprise you if I say that broccoli is the green ingredient… But try it, because it’s super sweet! All you need is:
- 150 g frozen broccoli, chopped
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 pear
- 1 kiwi
- juice of 2 oranges
Just blend everything until creamy and poor in a mason jar. Enjoy!
